Sailing has a unique component in the formation of a harmonious strong personality, as it gives a wide range of horizons in terms of engineering and natural science practices and forms team, leadership skills and the ability to make quick decisions in stressful situations. Therefore, student sailing is a good addition to the main training programs for students.
More than 30 student competitions are held in Russia, in which the Student Sailing League leads the offset in the Cup format. For 2021, 15 stages are announced in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Anapa, Sevastopol, Evpatoria, Gelendzhik, Kursk, Orel, Grozny, Yaroslavl. In addition, the League is actively involved in various festivals. But that's not all. Another area of ​​our work is the creation and assistance in the development of student sailing yacht clubs. There are also plans to develop regional student cups in order to revive local sports calendars and stir up the interest of students and universities in sailing.
